NerdzFactory Internship Programs 2024
NerdzFactory Company is a human capital and technology company that is based out of Lagos. Registered in 2017 but officially commenced operations in January 2018 with a capital of NGN25,000 from the founders room in Magodo, Lagos.
The organisation, which is fully bootstrapped, has moved beyond just being a business that the founder runs from his room to a business that hires 13 full time staff and 20+ part time staff without still raising external capital.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
- Content/Social Media Intern
- Programs Intern
- Partnerships and Placement Intern
1) Content/Social Media Intern
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include creating engaging content for our digital platforms, managing social media accounts, and supporting marketing initiatives
Requirements
- An HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Science or any other relevant course
- Must be a serving NYSC member with a desire to learn and grow
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated interest in the relevant role
- Prior experience in relevant fields is an added advantage.
2) Programs Intern
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Internship
Job Description
- Successful candidates will work closely with our programs team to support the planning and execution of our company Programs, gaining insights into community-based initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to support the development and implementation of various projects and initiatives.
- Assist in research, planning, and coordination of program activities.
- Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance program effectiveness.
- Engage with stakeholders and partners to facilitate program objectives.
- Other duties assigned.

Job Description
- As a Sales and Partnership Intern, you will play a key role in engaging with SMEs, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to various business development functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to identify partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Support the team in writing compelling proposals
- Collaborate on various business development activities
- Contribute to creating opportunities for job placements.
Requirements
